QUICK AUDIT: $175

If I can make it easy for you to improve your product, I want to help.

If you have a web-based service I can get to through the Internet, an IVR or speech recognition system I can call, or a Palm application I can install by syncing, that makes it easy for me to put your software through its paces. It also tells me that the software is aimed at a fairly general audience. If this is true for your product, then a Quick Audit is right for you.

If you have a desktop application that requires me to have a certain version of Windows, or a problem domain that requires understanding how to perform statistical analysis on electrocardiograms, then a Quick Audit isn't appropriate, but I'd like to hear about how I can help you some other way.

A Quick Audit is not as comprehensive as a design review or a facelift, but will give you ideas about areas for improvement.

• A half-hour of telephone consultation where we discuss the report and your application.
